If you plan to play in a WSGA Club member tournament and/or a Mile Hi tournament, you must renew your membership or you will have to play as a guest.

The membership application must be filled out, signed and mailed or delivered to the organization. The Adobe PDF document can be filled out on the computer and printed.

Mile Hi Golf Club membership period is Jan. 1st through Dec. 31st. Your GHIN number will be deactivated until your membership is renewed.
